During the process of signing up, the system asks for my shipping address. Do you need to ship anything? Aren't your products all online and web-based?
Since all our products are web-based, we do not physically ship anything. You are not required to enter your shipping address. However, you are required to enter your billing address when purchasing our products.
How can I subscribe to your newsletter?

Am I able to buy your product if I reside outside the United States?
Yes, we have clients from all over the world. All that is required to purchase OptiRanker is a valid email address and valid credit card and billing address.
Do subscriptions automatically renew at the end of a subscription term or must I notify OptiRanker if I want to continue past the last day of my subscription?
Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless you specify to us that you wish your subscription to do so. If you want your subscription to automatically renew, simply click on the Renew box on the Order page.
How can I cancel my subscription midway through the subscription term?
If you order a monthly subscription, you will not be able to cancel midway through the term. Requests for cancellations of yearly subscriptions will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Am I able to allow other users, such as business partners or ghost writers, who operate off my premises, to use my user id and password?
The Enterprise Package allows for multiple off-site users to access OptiRanker using the same user id and password. The Basic Package, however, does not have this capability.

Using synonyms may also help.
How do I use the "Top Words by Relative Frequency" column on the Analysis Table?
Use this list to gauge the relative usefulness of the words in the first colored column of the Analysis Table.
How do I use the colored columns of the Analysis Table?
Use these words as helper words, in addition to the words from the first two columns. Try to use a word from 7-10 colors at first (you may have to add more to get the results you desire, depending on what further analyses tell you). For the word-pair column, make sure that the words co-occur in the document; however, they do not have to be side-by-side.
Should I insert the words in the "Top Words by Importance" column or the "Top Words by Relative Frequency" column into Theme Zapper?
You can enter any theme-relevant word into the Theme Zapper with which you want to experiment on its density.
What does the TAI score mean?
The TAI (Theme Analysis Index) score is a number that indicates the relative closeness of a document to the theme you are analyzing. The higher the TAI score, the higher the relevancy of the document to the theme.
Can I run a theme search on multiple domains?
You can run the theme search on as many domains as you want, during your subscription period.
